Miller Dorhmann Farm

We hosted our second farm dinner on November 4th in the barn of our friends Kevin and Jenn and what a truly lovely evening it was! The beautifully decorated table was filled with lots of laughter, shared stories and knowledge about local farming and sustainable eating, wine and delicious food prepared by chef Will Herres sourced from the farm and our shop.

The Menu:

-bacon fat popped hominy

-63 degree egg + grits + apple sage sausage

-roasted pumpkin & squash soup + crème fraîche + bacon crouton

-maple mustard pork loin mosaic w/ apple & pork belly + cauliflower puree

-honeynut squash pudding + cornmeal crumble & roasted apple
